The Blooming Grove Humane Society is doing a calendar fund raiser. We are offering you the opportunity
to have your pet's picture placed on a day that is special to you and your family. The dates will be
filled on a first come, first serve basis. You can choose from 365 days or you may choose to have your
pets picture placed at the top of a months page so everyone can see your pet for the entire month. The calendar will be printed in September for the 2012 year. All responses must be received no later than October 1, 2011. $20.00 for one day in the Calendar, with this your pets picture will be placed on the date requested and you will receive a copy of the Calendar. If you would like additional dates, there is a $10.00 per day charge. $75.00 for the Top of the Months Page, with this your pets picture will be placed on the top of the months page, and you will receive a copy of the Calendar. PICTURES MUST BE IN DIGITAL FORMAT OR PRINT. NO PAPER COPIES. Pictures submitted for the Top of the Months Page will go into a drawing for the cover page. PICTURES WILL NOT BE RETURNED. Additional Calendar may be purchased for $15.00 |
